What languages are supported in the scripting? i.e. JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, Real Basic etc...

hello motiva-team,

thanks for this really helpful tool!
are there any news about automations-scripts for MAYA - to get all the passes we need like in 3dMAX?
we want to use this tool for rendering quickly a lot of texture-variations of a product-shot...one model and 100s of variations...
will there be something like a batchcommand for automation? so we just have to select a folder containing the different textures....???

best regards

Hello munch,

automation-scripts for maya must be done in mel, and we aren't maya users, so first should find someone to do this work or learn mel.

PD: sorry for late response

hi alejandro,

ok automation-scripts for MAYA have to be developed by the users....

but what about the batch-routine inside COLIMO to get 100s of variations done with one click?!?
randomcontrol-SWAP has this feature...
are there plans to implement this in COLIMO1.0?

best regards

Nope, we will made it for the 1.0 or we'll hire some one for that.

Probably it will be done before 1.0, it will save all the posibilities using all the textures located in a given folder.
